SUBJECE: Campus Progress Report No. 9 » State Quadrangle

At the Job Meeting today, final arrangements were made for the
takeover of State Quadrangle Residence Halls as follows:

Units "A" and "B" will be inspected on 16 August for acceptence.
However, based upon mutual. agreement, the University may start moving
funiture into units "A" and "B" on 15 August, working from the top floors
down. Unith "EB" and “F" are still slated for 25 August acceptence ond
units "G" and "H" for 5 September acceptance. Tt is a, ady cleux thet
furniture could go into “Z" and "F" also on the 25th and quite Likely
that oven unite "G" and "Hs" will be readied prior to 17 September.
No obstacles were deducted by anyone present a this time which would
preclude our realizing the above schedule.

The Dormitory Authority will erect the necessory fencing to
separate the finished portions from the unfinished portion.

Inter-connecting walk-ways connecting the parking lot and.
fence to the academic podium will also be finished according to present
forecasts.
