Yhe next two unite of the Colonial Quad to be reaty for cegupancy

accommodations Lor roughly 200 move ebudents, The podiwa for these unite
has alveaty been completed and the fence to separate the oceupled portion
from the portion still water conetructlon haa aleo been erected. The
Doemitory Authority has Givected the joontwactor to have unite "Cc" and “D"
veady bo turn over to us for occupandy on ov before the firet of Debruary.
T have requested the week prior to that for the placement of furniture and
this hea been grated. The furniture le on hand and the Plant Superintendent
is ready to have it Installed during thet weeks, or on the week of 1 to
Pebruary. Thus, those two units can he considered for acceptance of Ge
during the waokwand of February 5 « 6, preparatory ta the opening of the
Spring sengeter. Iaformal word of oy avallability haa alveady been elven
verbally to the Director of Realdencés, Miss Norma Msell.
