SUBJECT: Compue Progress Report No. 97

mgn O23 Septenber we took over the upper three floors of units "g"
ani "¥" of the State Quad Dormitory, subject to punch list.

At the Job Meeting today, the date for the, takeover of unit "a"
was set for Tuesday, Septenber 12.

Unit "H" hag been Judged to be beyond completion and therefore,
the Diyector of Residences arranged to accommodate the students who had
been intended for unit: "H" temporarily, by tripling in the Alumni Quad.
Tt was predicted by the contractor that unit "H" would he ebout ten daye
behind ow opening date (September 27). I personelly feel that the delay
WiLl ‘be a little longer, inasmuch as there 1a atill quite a bit of finish«
ing to be completed.

Although the basements will not be veady for use and occupancy
by the.time September semester starts, the launtiry rooms are now come
pleted and steps have been taken to initiate the installation of washing
and drying equipment.
