SUBJECT: Campus Progress Report No. I!4

Today we Inspected the Administration bullding and the Greenhouse
with a view to takeover. The Greenhouse was accepted be the Administration
bullding was marginal In the basement level. Because of the directive prohib=
iting any partial takeovers, there was some doubt on the part of the Construc-
tion Fund whether the bullding should be accepted. | prevalled upon them for
at least beneficlal occupancy. After some debate, thls was granted, effect-
Ively Immedtately.

Later discussion with Mr. Stevens has given the Construction Fun d
some reassurance and the formal date of takeover Is now being set for
Thursday, 21 December. Meanwhile, however, we are free to move In and start
organizing the bullding.

The carpeting is coming rather well now, and there are sufficlent
areas aarpeted so that there will be no time dalays interfering with the
movement of furniture.
