I attended the pre-award meeting held lame
diately efter the bid opening, end the disposition on
the part of the Fund ia to go ahead and let the cone
‘traet to Kilby Bros., even though it has exceeded the
architect's estimate by 18%. I expect a letter of
intent will be given to Milby Bros. early next week.
