improvement of Sidewalks
QOowntown Campus

A project Is currently In progress to Improve sidewalks at the Oraper and
Atumni Quadrangle areas, It involves replacement of approximately 2250! of
sidewalk, 100' of additional new aldewalk and replacement of detertorated Individual
paving units In several locations,

At present all concrete work has been finished except tor two 15! x 18! pads
between Alden and Waterbury. Placement of topsoll and seeding along the edges
of the stdewalks |s about half completed. A number of "No Parking” signs
temporarily moved to facliltate the work must be replaced, In all, the Job Is
90% complete,

Contract completion date {s 30 November but wa expect all work will be
finished by 15 October.
