On hureday 15 December, IL accompanied representatives of the
architect's offiee and the Gonetruction Fund on an inepection fox accept«
ence of the exterior of Group I buildings, leas the Gtudent-faculty Center.
Ap a veault of thia inspection, the exteriors of these buildings have heen
aocepted, subject bo the punch list. The majority of the corrective work,
end the finishing which vensines, probably will not be completed uatil
wintexs weather has passed. In the meantime however, these exteriors are
vow in our possession and awy corrective work can be arranged at our
convenience.

A preliminacy iazpecblon was alse made of the Student-Faeulty
tuilding with a view to establishing a takeover date for the upper three
floova. Thies was set for 10:00 awm., 22 December. Assuming thet these floora
axe in a satisfactory state of conpletion for takeover, we will immediately
thereat ter commence the installation of rugs end the furnishing of the
building. Preliminary steps heave been taken to have these tyo features
ready to go on short nobles. According to promises for delivery of rug
aml furniture, much progress should be wade ducing the early part of

ALthough we sve atbenpbing to accomplish ae much as possible
ducing the season between Christmas and New Yeara, and have so stipulated
to the rug and furniture people, experienua has shown whet this is a
period of inaction and I frankly don't expect very mach to he accomplished

The stage of completion of the. basement, including the kitchen
and dining fecllities, was such that no tekeover date for thie floor
could be established. a
