These are the articles and reports dealing specifically with Project Cirrus-related matters. Some are direct reports to the government regarding progress made while others were published in research journals for purposes of letting the outside world know what the Cirrus team was accomplishing. The subseries includes some drafts as well as the finished products. Researchers might find General Electric's "Project Cirrus: The Story of Cloud Seeding" (Nov. 1952) and Barrington Havens' "History of Project Cirrus" (1952) to be particularly useful summaries.

This subseries contains the Review Panel's files on state developmental centers other than Willowbrook. Many of the centers housed members of the Willowbrook Class. Developmental centers represented in this series include Manhattan Developmental Center, Bronx Developmental Center, Bernard Fineson Developmental Center, Suffolk Developmental Center, Westchester Developmental Center, and Wassaic Developmental Center. The level of documentation present varies considerably from facility to facility. Facility files contain records such as policy manuals, correspondence, budgets, case management files, and staff training materials. This subseries consists of both letter and legal sized files in separate alphabetical arrangements.

The Severity Study series contains the experiment and varibles with test data. The data tables and blank surveys are also represented here.

Environmental Advocates' publications are arranged alphabetically by publication title. Titles of interest include the Albany Report -- the bimonthly newsletter of what is happening in New York regarding environmental issues, The Green Sheet - EA's monthly bulletin of statewide environmental activism, and the Voter's Guide. The inclusive dates are 1972-2000 with bulk dates of 1990-1998.
