This series contains photocopies of court transcripts and bills on cases before local, state, federal, and international courts. Ernest van den Haag was called upon to testify as an expert witness before the U.S. House and Senate subcommittees and the U.S. Supreme Court between 1960 and 1973 in cases that involved desegregation. His testimony was also used at the International Court of Justice at The Hague concerning South West African relations with Ethiopia and Liberia in 1966.
