This series contains records related to the events of the Pride Center and other LGBTQ organizations. The Pride Center is in charge of planning Capital Pride. Records in this series include documentation relating to the planning of Captial Pride, as well as photos from the actual celebration. This series also includes records related to the center's awards dinners, themed nights, and events at the center itself. This series also contains records related to the events that membrs of the center could attend. These records include talks from the SUNY Gay Alliance. Stonewall Rememberance Days, and other organization in th Capital Region and New York City. This series also contains CD's from the Pride Events. Some folders are restricted due to personal information. Please consult an archivist before use.

The bulk of the files in this series date from the 1980s and 1990s and belonged to Kim Young, executive vice president of Local 1112, with a smaller number of files originating from the office of the local's president Donna Conroy. The material documents ongoing union business, the local union's relations with AT&T and management, and day-to-day issues affecting unionized offices and members. Also included are efforts to prevent office closures and programs to assist union members when management decided to close offices. Other materials of interest are employee petitions, major company and union initiatives such as the "Safe Workplace Campaign"" which addressed ergonomic challenges faced by operators, and a run of the union's official newsletter, Traffic Calls, including its debut issue in 1949.

This series contains bibliographies and bibliographic materials produced and collected by Jackson Davis in connection to the various environmental organizations he was a member of, particularly the Environmental Forum and the Futures Group. Much of the material consists of notes of citations and photocopies of indexes and other bibliographies. Several published bibliographies are included, some by Davis and some by Dr. Jack Bulloff, a professor at the State University of New York at Albany and contributor to the Environmental Forum. Notable is the "Documentalist in Environmental Studies" folder, which contains Davis' interpretation on the process of creating bibliographies. Bibliographies produced specifically for use in the Environmental Forum class are located in that series.

The file consists primarily of correspondence and reports received from the Division of Parole. Included is the National Survey of Good-Time Laws And Administrative Procedures for 1973, which was distributed by the Research and Development Division of the Texas Department of Corrections, along with Uniform Parole reports summary tables from 1974 for male prisoners. A list of the 1975 New York State Parole Board members can be found, including salaries and term expirations. In addition, tables of probation information for 1974 are included. Also found is the forty-seventh annual report of the Board of Parole of the Department of Correctional Services for the year of 1976, this report includes such topics as rules and regulations, types of sentences, methods/basis of release, violation of parole and hearings. In addition a report from the Task Force on Criminal Sentencing which discusses fair and certain punishment is available for 1976.

This series contains materials related to Max Berking's post-Senate career as a consultant, lobbyist, and political party leader in the 1970s and early 1980s. It consists of correspondence, including with New York governors and New York City mayors, legislation he worked on, ideas he proposed to legislators, and testimony.

This series contains records relating to the revision of the New York State Constitution.

The Special Events series contains records of the Biennial Boulé meetings and conferences for the Northeast Region and some of the Grand Boulé conferences attended by members of the Beta Psi Boulé. A significant portion of the series is files documenting the planning and facilitating of the 15th Biennial Regional Conference held in 2003 in Albany.

This series contains the records from the chapter's annual institutes. Types of records include minutes, correspondence, and planning documents. The annual institutes are small conferences centered around a subject in public administration. The institutes include sessions on more specific topics, installation of ASPA officers and the presentation of ASPA's annual awards. The Publications series includes both local and international materials such as: The Dope Sheet, The Albany Zontian, and Zontian, The Zontian Biennial Issue, Zonta International Program Issue, Zonta International Foundation Biennium Highlights, and Zonta International Newsletter. These publications highlight the activities of the Zonta Club of Albany as well as those associated with international Zonta Clubs.
