This series is divided up into eight subseries that document various prominent issues addressed by NYCAP in its work, particularly that used in its information clearinghouse and in programs it conducted. Subseries 4: Activist Organizations and Coalitions is a collection of materials from groups involved in promoting pesticide alternatives like NYCAP, or with other environmental issues generally. The series includes articles, correspondence, reports, pamphlets, and notes. The majority of the material was not produced by NYCAP, although it generally either part of a campaign they were working on, or information they distributed.

This series consists of official PEF publications, as well as publications produced by other entities collected by PEF.

This series contains typescripts of articles by Neugass, accompanied by his own original photographs, as well as background materials used for the articles.

In 1995 William Kennedy accompanied President Bill Clinton to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland as part of an American delegation, following a cease fire between the Irish Republican Army and the Loyalist Military Command in Northern Ireland in 1994. The delegation included elected officials, business, labor, religious, and community leaders and was designed to promote both peace and U.S. investment. This series documents that particular trip, including invitations, arrangements, news clips, maps, travel items, correspondence, and backgrounders. In addition, Kennedy and his wife attended a White House dinner in 1996 given by the Clintons in honor of the President of Ireland, Mary Robinson, and the first State visit by an Irish president in more than 30 years. The invitation and dinner menu and related correspondence also are included.

This series includes periodicals and single reports issued by both the Atlantic Chapter and the national Sierra Club. Periodicals put out by the Atlantic Chapter include The Argonaut (1970-1972 included here), Atlantic Chapter News Report (1986-1988, 1990), and Sierra Atlantic (1977-1982, 1984-1992, 1996).
