Award certificates, judges' reports and commentary, correspondence, and articles written by UUP staff, for journalism awards won by The Voice and The Connection in contests sponsored by union organizations. The certificates themselves report only the category of the award, not the specific item to which it related. Although not available for all awards, judges' comments, to some extent, and the articles produced by UUP, in particular, identify the exact article, editorial, photograph, or artwork which won the award.

The directories in this series contain the names, addresses, and phone numbers for chapter officers, chapter delegates, and chapter members belonging to statewide committees. Also included are the charges of each committee and lists of committee members; lists of Executive Board members and UUP members who are liaisons to NYSUT committees; contact information for labor relations specialists; and contact information for statewide officers and the staff at UUP's Administrative Office in Albany. A directory with the names and addresses of UUP's retired members in 1990 is also included in this series.

This series contains class lists and files on many of Leser's former students. Files often include student photos, questionnaires, some correspondence, student papers, and recommendations.

CSEA created an oral history initiative, the CSEA 100 Project, to commemorate the union's 100th anniversary in 2010. This series includes transcripts and audio recordings of interviews. Project interviewees ranged from state officers, regional presidents and officers, and Board of Directors members, to legal staff, building staff, and secretaries to state officers.

This series contains a large amount of photographs taken during Senator Ronald Stafford's time in office. Senator Stafford can be seen with school groups, organizations such as 4-H, and other legislators. Some files also contain the letter sent along with the photographs. This series contains photographs of identified groups or individuals as well as unidentified ones. Photographs of identifiable events were each given their own folders. Headshots of Senator Stafford and negatives of photographs are also included.

This series contains press and photo releases issued by Senator Ronald Stafford's office. The majority of releases date from the years 1978-1981. There are also newsclippings from the 1970s.

This series contains reference materials on a variety of topics including, EPCRA, CWA, citizen suits, freedom of information act and other informational resources. Materials include correspondence, research papers, photocopied articles, notes and pamphlets.

Black and white and color photographs of individuals, meetings (committees, Executive Board, Delegate Assemblies, workshops, and other gatherings), picketing, lobbying, and news conferences. Photographs are from statewide as well as campus-specific events, with the President, other officers, Executive Board members, and others actively involved in UUP frequently pictured (although often not identified). Therefore, while some photographs are specifically filed by individual, frequently statewide leaders and other persons active in UUP appear in photographs filed by event or committee. Photographs of specific activities were sometimes filed both under the name of the committee responsible for the activity (such as Negotiations Committee or Elections and Credentials Committee) as well as under the name of the event itself (such as Negotiations or Elections).

This series contains news clippings typically pertaining to Senator Ronald Stafford and his legislation. Clippings from 1987-1990 as well as some from 1984 were originally kept in binders titled Senator Clips. Others were loose pages kept in a separate box.
