Announcement Of Major Gift To The University Libraries And Dedication Of The Mary Elizabeth Cobb Room

Announcement that a major gift to the University Libraries from Miriam Snow Mathes '26 allowed the refurbishment of the University Libraries Conference Room ULB-43. This room will be dedicated as the Mary Elizabeth Cobb Room in honor of the school's first professionally trained Librarian who guided the New York State College for Teachers library from 1916-1956. Mathes made her contribution to the Libraries in Cobb's memory.
