Northeastern States Addiction Technology Transfer Center Managed By Rockefeller College

Northeastern States Addiction Technology Transfer Center, a part of the National ATTC Network, covering New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, will be managed by the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy. The Transfer Center is now part of a national campaign aimed at providing Internet access for every addiction treatment and prevention agency by January 1, 2001. The Transfer Center will provide information, resources for research, education, and best practices in the substance abuse field.
