Announcement that the Graduate Student Organization has created a research grant officially called the University at Albany Graduate Student Organization Research Excellence Award. The aim is to raise enough money to fund a $1,000 grant in the fall and spring semesters. The initial grant will come from the GSO budget, while future funding will come from the Annual Fund, from graduates, and from an endowment solicited from companies.
