Official Dedication Of The Boor Sculpture Studio

2002 October 18

The Boor Sculpture Studio, which opened in early September, was officially dedicated. The Studio is named for Terri Cosmo Boor, a Capital District resident, a mentee of Professor of Art Edward Mayer, and a donor to the University. The 20,000 sq. ft. studio includes a modeling studio, a media suite for video production, and an experimental gallery/installation area, a three-dimensional design room, a wood/pattern shop, a bronze foundry and welding shop, and an outdoor workspace. Faculty and master of fine arts students have individual offices and studios in the building.
