University Renovated The Recreation & Convocation Center
2004 Fall
The Recreation & Convocation Center (RACC) underwent a $1.5 million renovation including replacing the playing surfaces on the Arena level to Robbins biochannel flooring, putting in a new synthetic surface on the indoor track, installing a new sound system, and upgrading wiring and telecommunications. The contractors were Bunkoff General Contractors, Inc. of Latham and McBain Electric, Inc. of Troy.
