School Of Education Gained Accreditation For Its Graduate Teacher Preparation Program From The National Teacher Education Accreditation Council

Announcement that the School of Education gained accreditation for its graduate teacher preparation program from the national Teacher Education Accreditation Council. This new prestigious accreditation meant that University at Albany graduate programs in "teacher preparation, literacy, teaching English to speakers of other languages, and in elementary, secondary and special education meet rigorous national quality standards."
