President Collins Promises to Expand EOP

During a discussion with a group from the Black Student Alliance about the creation of an Afro-American History department, President Collins agrees to their request for a commitment to admit 300 non-white minority group students the upcoming fall semester, in accordance with the expected expansion of the Educational Opportunities Program.
