Vernon A. Buck is Appointed Director of the Educational Opportunities Program

A graduate of Morehouse College and former director of Carver Junior College, Buck succeeds Dr. Harry Hamilton as head of the EOP. After majoring in business administration at Morehouse, Buck received a Master of Sciences degree from New York University.
