Students Protest Tuition Increases

In light of the pending tuition increases for the public universities in New York, students challenge the state government to limit the amount of funding that is provided to private universities which do not have both a progressive tuition schedule based on the family's income and a program analogous to SUNY Albany's Educational Opportunity Program.
