EOP Faces Budget Difficulties

In the "Presidential Taskforce on Priorities and Resources Report", convened to deal with the the strained financial situation at the university, offer their recommendations to president Emmett B. Fields regarding the funding of various departments on campus. Although the EOP is noted for its success in extending higher education to disadvantaged communities, the committee nevertheless recommends reducing the department by one classified position for the upcoming year.
