Signum Laudis, The Campus Honorary Society Formed

Signum Laudis, the campus honorary society, formed and the draft constitution is printed in the State College News. President Brubacher and Dean Meltzer became the first honorary members. In the fall Louis Wolner was elected the first student president of the honorary.
