John M. Sayles Recognized As President

Acting President John M. Sayles recognized as president by Chairman of Board of Visitors Judge Newton B. Vanderzee. The Regents still take no action on the appointment apparently because they made it a practice not to hire presidents from the faculty of a teachers college.
