Farrell Mansion willed to the Alumni Association by Margaret Farrell. Shortly before the mansion was donated it was valued at $102,000. The mansion was used as a women's dormitory until 1946 or 1947 when it was sold back to the Margaret Farrell Schmidt, daughter of Margaret Farrell, for $55,000.
