Consortium On Higher Education Campus Crime Research (Checcr) Announced

Consortium on Higher Education Campus Crime Research (CHECCR) announced. The consortium will be headed by Alan Lizotte, associate professor in the School of Criminal Justice and was formed in response to the federal mandate that as of September 1, 10,000 schools, colleges and univer- sities will be required to make their crime figures available to current and prospective students. President Swygert will invite all reporting schools to join the consortium.
