tr; Lippincott [1959], inscribed 1960, designed and produced by ARTIA, printed in Czechoslovakia; adaptation in English of a group of Czech folk songs selected by Petr Denk and designed circa 1956 as Do kola. Zlaty povijan, and also translated into German that year as Ringelreihen with translations by Otto Kalina [it is not clear how Stearns made his 'adaptations,' from the Czech? or from the German translation? if they are translations from the German they are very free (cf YH d3968 r56 1956*) ] ; spine titles and front cover titles and design printed in silver on blue cloth
