The paper describes a programme in teachingsystem thinking at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.This programme has been run for the last four years and has achieved goodresults in getting MBA students to apply system thinking in problem solvingsituations. The results are judged significant given the relatively briefexposure to systems thinking and varied background of participants.
