Developmental Aide Tawanna Wright, a Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) Central New York DDSO Local member, gets a hug from Snow Hill Individualized Residential Alternative resident Gerry Sobles. About 16,000 CSEA members provide life skills, medical services and healthy community connections for nearly 10,000 group home residents of all ages and ability levels around the clock. CSEA OMRDD staff deliver care at about 1,200 homes statewide.
