A news clipping from the Utica, NY Daily Press, unidentified members of the Civil Service Employee Association (CSEA) boarded a bus in Utica yesterday (top photo) to take part in protest demonstrations in Syracuse. Similar protests were held in Albany (right) in Buffalo, Rochester, New York City, and Suffolk. There were none in Utica. CSEA officials said they were picketing because the State has not recognized the group as the executive bargaining agent for State employees.
