CSEA is preparing to introduce state legislation that will help preserve the quality care standards in the public and not-for-profit sectors of the developmental disabilties field, which will help boost the substandard pay and benefits of non-union employees of not-for-profit centers while protecting the hard fought rights and contractual protections of CSEA members.
