Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) Statewide Treasurer Maureen Malone discussing CSEA's efforts to help victims of Hurricane Katrina, including the union's initiative to build CSEA Street through Habitat for Humanity's Operation Home Delivery at the 2006 CSEA Women's conference.
