Wilson has faced several on-the-job assaults inflicted by residents. CSEA is pushing hard to enact a law that would establish comprehensive security standards for public work sites across the state. The Worksite Security Act would require public employers with more than 20 employees to assess risk and develop an action plan to prevent potential workplace violence.
