Professor Peter Bloniarz, then interim director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, helps University at Albany President Karen Hitchcock unveil a portrait of himself at an awards ceremony for Distinguished Professors and Librarians in the President's Reading Room of the University Library at the University at Albany.
