Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) President Danny Donohue presents a $5,000 check to the Red Cross for relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The check was donated to the Red Cross during the CSEA Day ceremony at Syracuse University's football home opener.
