Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) members of the New York State Taxation and Finance Department Hispanic Heritage Committee during the 4th Annual Hispanic Heritage Month event held at the Department. The event is one of many cultural events held throughout the year in the Metropolitan Region celebrating CSEA's diversity. The CSEA is New York State's largest union.
