Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) Central Region activists raised more than $3,300 for the Special Olympics to sponsor the region's team for the state's first "Polar Plunge" of the 2008-09 season. Funding raised directly benefits Special Olympics athletes and gives access to families that otherwise couldn't afford to send their special needs family members to Special Olympics.
