These were the files of chief negotiator Thomas Corigliano. The materials were not filed in any overall order; often there was no identifying information on the folders in which they were found and many of the materials were not in folders at all. Folder titles with quotation marks indicate original folder titles; all other folder titles were assigned during processing and often contain overlapping materials and overlap in date.
