This series is made up of materials from the first incarnation of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), before its split into the College of Fine Arts and Humanities, College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and College of Science and Mathematics. This series contains some materials that both predate the organization of CAS as well as other materials from after it was subdivided. The bulk of the materials however focus on the college's administration and the various committees that the College of Arts and Sciences Deans L.
