This series contains information on the individual activities of the Albany Central Federation of Labor as well as the joint activities of the Albany Central Federation of Labor and other organizations. The series documents the first Workers Memorial Day, held in 1989, with fliers, posters, and other memorabilia.
This series contains four VHS videocassettes, 29 color snapshots depicting Route 9 and 20 in East Greenbush. Although the photographs are undated, they probably date from 1999-2001.
This series consists of records from Lumbard's position as special assistant counsel for law enforcement to Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller of New York. Lumbard served the governor in many capacities. He was an advisor on the social problems of crime and crime control, as well as a liaison from the executive chamber to criminal justice agencies and the courts in New York State. This series contains records regarding the programs Lumbard organized and/or initiated including: the Oyster Bay Conference on Crime also known as the Governor's Conference on Crime; the New York State Information and Intelligence System (NYSIIS); investigations into organized crime and gambling; and State Department of Crime Control. The series also contains correspondence, biographical information about Nelson A. Rockefeller, and research into issues such as racial violence, politics, and criminal justice.
This series is comprised of records generated by the store Peace Offerings in its day-to-day operations as a gift shop. This includes log sheets, inventories, time sheets, and meeting minutes of the steering committee. In addition, this series contains promotional materials from the store and from vendors, such as signs, press releases, fliers, and educational videos. This series also contains materials from the Cultural Marketplace Tour, where artisans from Mexico, Bolivia, and Ecuador visited the store. There is also a small amount of electronic records in this series, split between administrative material and conference material for the Dismantling Racism Project.
The bulk of this series is made up of the interviewer's notes regarding each individual formally interviewed and potential interviewees. In addition to including the interviewer's handwritten notes taken during the formal taped interviews and during preliminary interviews with subjects, most interviewee files include a "UUP Potential Interview Candidate Fact Sheet", listing each individual's involvement in UUP at the statewide and chapter level (and in UUP's predecessors if applicable), including offices held and committees assigned to. Files for individuals formally interviewed often include an outline of issues to be covered during the interview and additional summaries of the individual's UUP activities.
KAP collected flyers and newsletters from many organizations. This series is a collection of information from other grassroots organizations involved in the anti-nuclear movement, including Citizens Awareness Network (CAN), Citizens' Environmental Coalition (CEC), Economic Conversion Council, INFACT, Nukewatch, Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR). Information about activist organizations involved in military resistance can be found in Series 7.

This series contains records related to Frank Moore's service as New York State Comptroller. It includes an extensive file of news clippings on Moore's unsuccessful 1941 campaign and successful 1942 campaign for the office, as well as correspondence, memoranda and publications. Of particular note is a folder of material related to the investigation of the Albany political machine.
The Subject Files series contains information on children at risk, domestic violence, and human right campaigns. The collection also features scrips of plays put on by the League of Women Voters as well as information on how to use natural resources and advice on urban planning and voting.
