These records are specific to the counties of New York as they participated in coordinated care efforts for people with mental health needs. There are documents regarding activities unique to certain counties, such as closures of facilities and resignations of Conference members. There are also letters, memos, and reports covering topics like mandate relief recommendations, comprehensive outpatient programs, health needs surveys, and funding issues.

The outreach and publications series presents materials that Murder Victims' Families for Reconciliation and its members created in an attempt to spread the word about their fight to end the death penalty. To spread word about their cause, the organization and its members created exhibits and books, wrote articles and newsletters, gave speeches, and attempted to create adult education classes. Contained in this series are correspondence, newspaper clippings, newsletters, brochures, booklets, manuscripts, transcripts, reports, drafts, proofs, schedules, floppy disks, zip disks, dvds, and vhs tapes.

This series holds daily office papers filed by Gloria DeSole and Rosemary Kilkenny Sabai who were directors of the Affirmative Action Office during this period. It includes office memos, correspondence within the University and without, and meeting minutes. These all hold information on office work such as the workforce analysis of the campus, hiring waiver requests, and dealings with Section 504 and Title IX.

Contains arbitration decisions (1979), constitution (1980), correspondence from the Department of Correctional Services (1972-79), and labor-management meetings (1978). The files of Sing Sing Local 1413 are a dozen or more folders pertaining exclusively to the local. Included within the series are correspondence with Council 82, arbitration decisions, and correspondence from the Minority Correction Officers Association. Local 1413 also publishes its own newsletter, "The Way Out," and maintained clippings and copies of printed articles on the New York State criminal justice system.
