Series is made up of the Milne School Yearbook, known as "Bricks and Ivy."

This series of pamphlets deals predominantly with the United Nations and issues surrounding the United Nations.

The Theatre Alumni Association of the New York State College for Teachers formed in 1932 to bring alumni together through dramatics and debating. Initially, members were required to have been part of the advanced dramatics class in college, must have taken part in sufficient plays to satisfy the membership committee or have participated in at least two intercollegiate debates. However there are no subsequent records of this group and in June 1954 alumni of State College proposed an organization of former dramatics student to allow alumni greater opportunity for continued participation in the College's theatre activities. The Theatre Alumni Association officially requested affiliation with the Alumni Association of the State University of New York at Albany in 1963. The Theatre Alumni Association dissolved in 1974 with the goal of forming a new organization that brought together faculty, alumni and students in the Theatre Department.

This series contains early journalistic writings of Neugass, as well as an unpublished novel in German and accounts of his internment in the French containment camp of Gurs in 1939.

The Publications series consists of the published newsletters produced by either the Tri-City Women's Center or the Women's Building. The publication was originally called the Tri-City Women's Center Newsletter, and was renamed first, The Women-Centered News, and then the Women's Building News.

Series 6 is composed primarily of job descriptions, summaries, and related documents from the late 1950s to the 1980s. All descriptions are in order of job codes, which are designated in the first few folders of the series.

This series contains German documents, passports, documents concerning Neugass? naturalization as a U.S. citizen, as well as employment attempts during his early years in the U.S.

This artificial series contains articulation agreements between the University at Albany and international institutions governing study abroad programs.

This series primarily consists of personal correspondence between Michelle Crone and her friends and personal acquaintances. Crone's personal life often overlapped with her professional and political life, and thus, many letters discuss topics from other series. Postcards and greeting cards were retained only when they possessed informational content. Additionally, the "Resumes" folder contains several version of Crone's resume, documenting a number of events and activities that she was involved with until 1996.
