With computer tools that have recentlybecome available, we can model, understand, and re-interpret many importantconcepts that habitually have had descriptive form. One of these concepts isorganizational learning as presented by D. Schon and C. Argyris. Instead ofsearching for empirical evidences and applications of a single (simplelearning) - and double learning (meta-learning) mechanism, the paper attemptsto develop an axiomatic view of learning process exploring the model ofAutonomous System - AS (by M. Mazur) as an organizational arquetype. Used asteaching instrument, the model linked with the system modeling and simulationshas proved to be very stimulating effect and effective tool in the classroom.
