This series consists of bank reconciliation statements, cash books, checking account registers, dues registers, and ledgers. The cash books (1950-1959) and registers (1927-1938, 1958-1962, 1974-1977, 1979-1980, and 1987-1991) record Psi Gamma income and expenditures. Checking account registers (1958-1964) and bank reconciliation statements (1959-1960) document Psi Gamma bank account activity, and dues registers (1979-1980) record which sisters have and have not paid their dues.

This series is divided into three sections: 1) family correspondence; 2) general individual correspondence; and 3) correspondence with organizations, newspapers, publishers. Albert Lestoque's correspondence with his brother, Paul Leser, spans the years 1932-1959. Additional correspondence between the brothers can also be found in the Paul Leser Papers.

The General Reference Collection was created by archivists to hold information on campus history that is not part of any organic record group. The collection contains material from a variety of outside sources, excepts from newspapers and other publications, press releases and promotional materials, and loose university records.

The Legal and Administrative files on reels contain various records pertaining to the political, legal, and administrative aspects of the CSEA. These records include the agreements between CSEA and New York State and its various units, collective bargaining agreements, and the meeting minutes of the Legal Committee. The reels also include model constitutions and by-laws, department head minutes and reports, and Political Action Fund meeting information.

This series is divided into two sections. The first section contains typescripts and correspondence concerning Fried's collaborative work with Richard A. Falk entitled Vietnam and International Law. An Analysis of the Legality of the U.S. Military Involvement, published in 1967. The second section deals with Fried's activities with the with the Lawyers Committee on American Policy Towards Vietnam (1965-1975) and later with the Lawyers Committee on Nuclear Policy (1981-1990). The series contains correspondence, as well as agenda, minutes of meetings and public statements.

The Issues Files were created by the CCJ to collect background information on subjects related to criminal justice reform. The series contains correspondence between Thomas A. Coughlin, Commissioner, and all the New York State central office and facility staff concerning new affirmative action plans. Included are the Commissioners remarks presented to the Assembly Sub-Committee on Affirmative Action in 1980. Also present is information on programs established as alternatives to incarceration 1975-1980, the Attica prisoners 28 demands/convict proposals, along with the correctional guards Union 82 list of demands, and the papers on the legal aftermath of the Attica uprising, mainly concerning the Attica legal defense fund. Also available are newsletters of EUI, [Ending Unnecessary Imprisonment] in New York State, citizen participation (how to) papers, and Christian statements concerning the criminal justice system. A Corrections Information Series for jail classification can also be found concerning background information, court decisions, ACA standards, and examples of classification systems for small, medium, and large prisons. Several other reports can be found on issues such as "Community Alternatives to Maximum Security" 1974-1975, a "Proposal to Repeal New York's Second Felony Offender Law", "Philosophies of Punishment and Correction", "Fines: An Inquiry Into The Use of Fines As an Alternative to Incarceration", "Probation Subsidy", and a summary of the New York State YWCA Intervention Program sponsored by the New York State Commission of Correction. Information related to the expansion of prisons and the prison bond issue intended to fund the expansion including Gov. Plans 1980-1981, Coalition responses and alternatives 1978-1982, Committee hearings 1982, testimony by Coalition members 1981-1982.

The series contains a typescript entitled "Historical Monograph: Re-education of Enemy Prisoners of War" (2 file folders), which is a large collection of reports, memoranda, copies of letters, and sample examination and questionnaire forms used in the project. Included in the monograph are also: an outline of the series of Ehrmann's lectures "Deutsche Geschichte in neuen Licht", sample issues of POW magazines "Der Ruf" (an English translation) and "Auslese" (in German), and an appendix on the reeducation program of Japanese prisoners-of-war (a short two-page section on Italian POWs appears earlier in the collection). Beyond the monograph, there are several other documents pertaining to the reeducation program, including a report entitled "A Reorientation Program Seen Through the Eyes of German Prisoners" and Ehrmann's report on the German History Department at Forts Getty and Wetherill. The series also contains some educational materials developed especially for the project, such as "Kleiner Führer dürch Amerika", "America from the Inside", and Ehrmann's lectures on the history of Germany, as well as newspaper clippings related to the topic.
