The photographs are primarily of the CBC's annual dinners between 1978 and 1982. Most of the photographs are 8 x 10 inches in size with one folder containing 5 x 7 inch photographs. Photographs of the 1982 50th anniversary dinner are in the box as well.
This series consists of records related to the SUNY Central Administration outside of the Business Development Services Office. The majority of records date from Mather's service as Assistant to the Chancellor, Executive Assistant to the Chancellor and [Vice Chancellor for Public Services. This series contains student rosters (1965/66-1970), commencement programs (1963- 64, 1966), profiles, headcounts (1980), lists of student public policy dissertation projects (ca. 1981) and planning documents (1971-3, 1984). The records also include information regarding enrollment in relation to faculty workload and faculty projections (1971-1973)and correspondence (1975-1980) and analysis reports (1977-1980). The records include information on recruitment of minority students and faculty, and the make-up of the workforce and student populations. Series 3 consists of the records of the annual legislative conference (with gaps), the BPWNYS annual conventions, and the national conferences held by the National Federation. State legislation committee members, and the hostess club's president, vice president, and chairs who attend these conferences each year create the annual legislative conference records. With a long and proud history of action and commitment, this conference continues to work together with the original idea of "women helping women," by supporting and initiating legislation to make a more equitable position for women in the job market. It encourages women to become involved in legislation so that they can gain power in political life in ways other than just supporting candidates, but by getting into the power structures of party politics.
This series contains Dr. Miller's personal papers in regards to the Constitutional Convention of 1967. Important papers included are summaries of legislations, legislative reports, newspaper clippings, correspondence and reports relating to finance for the New York State Constitutional Convention.

The majority of the Administrative series includes annual reports for the School of Social Welfare and the Continuing Education Program, and a variety of budgetary reports for programs within the School of Social Welfare. Correspondence and memoranda relating to administrative and budgetary issues are also included, with a large portion relating to the executive order for a hiring freeze by Governor George Pataki in January 1995 in response to the 1995-1996 New York State budget deficit. These documents and communication outline contingency plans and scenarios for budget cuts and the affect those cuts would have on the School of Social Welfare.
Speech files contain drafts of the speeches of AINY president, Raymond T. Schuler, correspondence concerning the speeches, programs for some of the events at which Schuler gave a speech, and news clippings concerning the subjects of the speeches.
This series consists of departmental accounting reports, memoranda on claims and billing procedures, departmental expense reports, manuals for travel procedure, reports and memoranda from the Office of Sponsored Funds, and the annual Chart of Accounts, 1971-1980.
