Access to this collection is unrestricted with the exception of a few folders in the 90th Congress and a few folders in the 91st Congress due to the inclusion of personally identifiable data included within these folders.

Researchers do not have permission to publish or disseminate material from these collections without permission from an archivist and/or the copyright holder.
