This series consists of magazine and journal issues with articles by Rienow. Also included are teachers' manuals for Rienow's textbooks, American Problems Today and American Government in Today's World.

Series 7 contains an assortment of artifacts accumulated or created by the GSEU. Most are undated, such as the t-shirts and buttons, but are still a good representation of the opinions and actions of the group as a whole. Box one has most of the three-dimensional items while box two houses all of the photos. Only one package of pictures was labeled specifically by GSEU members with the event and date. Finally, there are two oversized folders with GSEU posters, some professionally printed while others are handmade.

This series appears to have served as a reference file of university-related publications maintained by the Office. These include publications created by interest groups affiliated with the school (such as New York Environmental News) and promotional materials created by the school itself (such as admissions mailers).

This series is made up of files maintained by the Office on the university's athletic programs. Files in this series document competitions and coaching hires of the university's varsity as well as junior varsity athletic teams, with a focus on men's basketball and football. This series contains press releases and press clippings, team statistics and schedules, and publications including game-day programs and press guides. It also contains correspondence from the period in which the school transitioned to Division I athletics.

The Mental Health Information Center is a MHANYS program created in 2000 as a successor to the Self Help Clearinghouse to respond to inquiries and handle library, information handling, and archival responsibilities. Included are summaries of calls received and fact sheets.

This series contains material created or collected by Correctional Association staffers responsible for operating programs that furnished direct services to inmates and their families. The Association's Family Services Bureau, Legal Services Bureau, and Social Services Bureau were long-term programs that were phased out during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Programs established during the 1980s were grant-funded demonstration projects designed to encourage emulation; the Association did not have the financial resources needed to sustain long-term social service programs. Of interest particular interest is the Association's short-term program to furnish counseling services to young offenders sent to the Adolescent Reception and Detention Center on Rikers Island (1981-1982). Also of interest are the documents generated in connection with the Association's efforts to establish an Ombudsman Program (1972-1973) and the ensuing resistance of Governor Nelson Rockefeller and state corrections officials.

This series contains documentation of research and faculty awards including FRAP, correspondence with academic departmnets and several university collectives, as well as minutes, memoranda and correspondence related to graduate program development and various committees and university consortiums with which the Office of Research and Graduate Studies was affiliated with. This series also contains correspodence between the Office of Research and similar offices at different colleges in the SUNY system.

This series is comprised of letters and emails sent to and from members of Virginians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty. A large portion of this series consists of letters to and from various high profile death row inmates in Virginia such as Joe Giarratano and Herbert Bassette.
