This subseries is comprised mostly of 90 day progress reports produced by Willowbrook authorities for the Review Panel. The reports contain unit demographic descriptions, compliance inventories, compliance plans, progress narratives, and assurance statements. Also included in this subseries are files from the initial Willowbrook compliance survey of 1975, operational plans for Willowbrook Developmental center, and files related to the Staten Island Audit Compliance Task Force. At the end of the subseries are several folders containing reports on the status of Willowbrook non-residential clients.

This series contains the records of the Committee on Constitutional Tax and Debt Limitations and City-School Fiscal Relations (CTDL-CSFR). It includes a wide range of materials, including the Committee's annually produced statistical binders on various topics, the records of the Committee's meetings, and subject binders on various subjects. It is organized alphabetically by subject.

The subseries Parks and Wilderness contains correspondence, reports, news clippings, surveys, fact sheets, bills, and legislative material related to the Adirondack Park, Catskills, Pine Barrens, rain forests, and urban parks.

The Capital Punishment Symposium subseries contains course materials, abstracts, and other course supplemental materials.

This subseries contains magazines focusing on topics of interest to the Atlantic Chapter (for example, Up River, Down River, a magazine about the Hudson River), or newsletters put out by other environmental organizations (e.g., Protectors of Pine Oak Woods, Toxics in Your Community Newsletter).

This subseries contains VHS and cassette tapes on the subject of capital punishment.
