This series documents the administration of the College of Sciences and Mathematics. Series contains annual reports, graduate and undergraduate program reviews, comittee meeting minutes, grant proposals, files of various chairs and departments, memoranda, recruitment plans, degree and program proposals, three- and five-year plans for the college and departments. Some materials in this series predate its creation as a separate college and were likely retained from the period in which it was a Division within the College of Arts and Sciences.

This series contains the personnel files of a number of former faculty members in the Department of Information Science. This series contains transcripts, applications for employment, correspondence with the various deans and chairs, material related to tenure review and promotions, student evaluations, newspaper clippings and news reports, photographs, retirement documents, and the curriculum vitae of the faculty. Because of the large amount of private information included, this series has been restricted.
This series consists of photographs created digitally by the campus photographer. The materials in this series are generally promotional in nature and appear to have been created for marketing purposes, providing an "official" view of campus events and activities. Subjects include athletic teams, campus buildings, campus events, portraits of students, faculty and alumni, and university-organized events that took place off-campus.
